• We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order, with a full refund if payment was made.
• Custom/personalized products are made-to-order and may have specific processing times.

• All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
• Payments are accepted via UPI, cards, net banking, and wallets through secure gateways.
• Payment must be completed at checkout.
• We are not responsible for additional bank or gateway charges.
• In case of payment failure, please retry or contact support.

• We ship across India; delivery timelines vary by location and product.
• Customized products are dispatched within approximately 7 business days.
• Shipping charges are shown at checkout.
• Tracking details are shared via email/SMS once dispatched.
• Delays due to courier partners or unforeseen circumstances are beyond our control.
• Accurate delivery details are the customer’s responsibility.

• Damaged products must be reported within 48 hours with photo evidence.
• Size mismatch replacements incur a ₹100 reshipping fee.
• Custom products cannot be returned unless damaged or defective.
• Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days.

• Maintain confidentiality of account credentials.
• Do not engage in unlawful or prohibited activities.
• Uploaded designs must not violate third-party intellectual property.
• We reserve the right to reject inappropriate or copyrighted content.
